If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.  We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. Shipping Policy (UK)
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are used. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes. We offer a free saver delivery on all orders to UK Mainland and the Scottish Lowlands.



For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight you will be given a shipping price when ordering online.

Please note that for heavy bulky items over 30kg or multiple orders an extra charge may be made for delivery. You will be emailed with the relevant shipping charges and the goods will not be dispatched until after you have approved the quotation. While delivery times may vary, we endeavour to ensure that goods will normally be delivered within 5 working days. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. ProSportuk.com can be held responsible for late delivery caused by circumstance beyond our control.
Please note that the couriers and delivery services deliver during the working day.  We offer the service of your order being delivered to an address were the delivery can be accepted such as a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order.
The delivery time for larger items such as fitness equipment will normally be longer than five working days unless specified as arrangements will normally be made for the delivery to take place on a day that is suitable for you.
If any consumer wishes to return any goods received or refuse delivery or if the order is returned to Prosportuk.com as the delivery address was supplied incorrect, return carriage charges incurred will be borne by the consumer.
If a change to the delivery address is to be made following the despatch of the goods or if a returned order is to be resent a charge will be made.
Overseas Shipping
Prices quoted for shipping via our software are relative to the country selected and are based on one parcel delivered up to the maximum weight permitted for the selected shipping service.  For cartons weighing more than the maximum weight an extra charge will be made for delivery. You will be emailed with the approximate shipping charges and the goods will not be dispatched until after you have approved the quotation. We use DPD and Royal Mail International Signed for International deliveries and while delivery times may vary, goods will normally be delivered within 7-14 working days.
Delivery to non EU countries may incur import customs duties and taxes.  Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient.  Prosportuk.com Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Due to international postal regulations any item over the length of 90cm cannot be sent on the under 2kilo delivery service.
Sales Tax
Prices quoted by Prosportuk.com Limited for adult clothing, equipment and footwear includes VAT the standard UK rate of 20%, children's clothing and footwear is exempt from VAT and therefore charged at 0%.  Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase. 
For any customers purchasing outside the European Union, all purchasers are exempt of UK VAT and Prosportuk.com Limited do not charge VAT.  Product prices are shown inclusive of VAT, but this will be recalculated when you purchase your goods.
Prosportuk.com Limited reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer deemed as non credit worthy. 
Customer's credit cards will normally only be charged for goods that have been allocated to your order. For special customised orders we reserve the right to charge the customer in advance.  If an item is not available we will email you giving information of when the product is likely to be in stock and possibly offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time exceeding the normal 5 working days is unacceptable you always have the option to cancel your order.  If paying by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared, this normally takes 5 working days.
Returns Policy
Non Faulty Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition unless the items fall in the category below. 
All carriage charges incurred will be borne by the consumer.
Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition within the specified time scale.
 
A handling charge of 50% of the retail cost of the item returned will be made if the goods returned do not meet the above requirements.
When returning an item you must include a completed returns form.  Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed

The cost of any damage incurred in transit to products being returned will be borne by the consumer.  If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether they require a refund or an exchange if the product is available.  If the consumer requires an exchange to the product ordered there will be a delivery charge up to a maximum of £7.50 for UK mainland customers to resend the goods. For your convenience there is a returns form available to print from the ProSportUK.com website to include with your goods. For your protection we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Items that have been customised e.g. printing/embroidery/Cricket Bats
  • Goods made to your specification
  • CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken.
  • Undergarments
  • Gum Shields

Faulty Returns
For products that Prosportuk.com Limited deems to have been faulty, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether or not they require a refund or an exchange.

For your convenience there is a returns form available to print from the Prosportuk.com Limited website to include with your goods. For your protection we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for this cost if you require the delivery charge refunded.
All products advertised on our site are from leading manufacturers in their own field. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of a product we will endeavour to rectify any problem or misgivings that you have to the best of our ability.
Please note that in some cases the goods returned may need go back to the Supplier/Manufacturer for confirmation that the goods have not been used in an inappropriate way prior to a refund or exchange taking place.
Items that have been customised e.g. printing/embroidery, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
 
Please ensure that all products returned to ProSportuk.com as faulty are clean.  Any product returned in an unclean condition will not be processed or will be returned for cleaning and the return cost will be charged.
Security Policy
Prosportuk.com Limited uses Secure Server Software (SSL) to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 128 bit and ensures that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they have been decrypted on our secure server offline. Fitness Equipment
 
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and only after thoroughly reading and understanding those instructions. Please consult your doctor or specialist if you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise that you are undertaking.

Please note that the delivery on fitness equipment may exceed the normal 5 working days due to the fact that most fitness equipment deliveries require a 2 man delivery.  In most cases you will be contact by the carrier to arrange a delivery date for your equipment that is suitable for both parties.
Warranty Information
Many items for sale on our site have a manufacturer’s warranty that is passed on to you the customer. Prosportuk.com Limited has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer.  Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights.
Stock and Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items on the web site are available; occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.  Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case we will endeavour to notify you by email the number of days that this process will take if it exceeds our normal policy of 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at customerservices@prosportuk.com with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
Your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons

  • Teamwear orders sometimes have to be specially ordered from the manufacturer
  • Products on Pre-Order or Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering
  • Credit Card Checks, sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card
  • Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days to despatch.

Prosportuk.com Limited reserves the right to withhold any order from despatch in order to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 36 hours.

Orders placed with ProSportuk.com via purchase orders automatically agree to Prosportuk.com Limited terms and conditions.  All invoices issued by ProSportuk.com for the payment of goods/services supplied are payable within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge 3% above bank base rate for all invoice were payment exceeds 30 days and will be calculated on a weekly basis.
General
 The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Prosportuk.com Limited accepts no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor.
Prosportuk.com Limited reserves the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday and these days are not included in the shipping policy of 5 working days. 
Orders placed after 12 noon may not be processed until the following working day.
 
Prosportuk.com Limited will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
Prosportuk.com Limited provides links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

  • Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
  • Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.  Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
ProSportuk.com is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new treadmill from us we would accept their old treadmill and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
