It fits nicely on my 6'2 / 250lb boyfriend and is constructed well. We were both expecting thicker padding based on the description of the guard. Overall we are happy with it.

Pro Sport UK.Com replied: The dimensions are as follows Small 22cm long x 12cm wide. Medium 23cm long x 13cm wide We do ship to Canada, we use the carrier DPD and the delivery cost for up to 2 kilos in weight is £23.95.
