The Gunn & Moore Purist 2 Junior Cricket Bat is a substantial cricket bat with superb pick up and feel. The Gunn & Moore Purist Junior Cricket Bat features a raised middle aiding powerful strokeplay off both the front and back foot. It has a light pick up and large sweetspot for controlled power.

1300 Purist 2 606

Naturally seasoned bleached grade 3 English willow that may contain minor blemishes with some colour on one edge. Fitted with good quality treble spring cane handle. Bat is pre knocked in as standard, dri guard applied to resist damp and minimise toe swelling, clear anti scuff cover applied to the face and edges to increase blade durability, raw linseed oil applied to reduce splitting and cracking by maintaining the moisture level of the blade. Toe tek fitted to the toe of the bat to reduce toe damage and feathering that is often caused by tapping at the crease.

The first new bat size in 100 years. The academy size fills the gap between the harrow size and the full size adult bat. and is recommended for players between 5'6" and 5'9". Custom blade and handle specifications produce a light compact bat which retains the driving power of a full size bat and has an excellent pick up. The Academy bat size enables a junior batsman to obtain power without having to graduate too soon to a full size bat. The 909 features unbleached naturally seasoned grade 1 English willow predominantly straight grained with colour on one edge and minor blemishes. Fitted with top quality treble spring multi piece cane handle for outstanding feel flex and control. Oval handle for natural bottom hand location comfort and control.
