Bought larger size to fit over trousers when up ladder to protect my knees. Works well and saves the pressure on my knee caps when high up the ladder and leaninig knees into ladder rungs. Not as cheap as some diy products but easier to keep over knees on a ladder and probably more comfy than most.

Used for 5-a-side, they work great so far. Hold on the knees very well and cover the knees from sides too.

After returning to playing as a goalkeeper in a five a side sports hall, I found that my knees suffered with landing on the hard floor. The Rucanor Smash knee pads are the ideal solution and do not restrict movement. Be aware though that the sizes are quite small. I had to choose the large size and I have quite a thin frame. Delivery was first class.

Delivery though depatched later than expected (4 days after my order was placed) according to emailed acknowledgements. I used these for protection on my endurance karting, are half the pric of official karting product. Fit was a little tight maybe I should have ordered large instead of medium but offered great protection

good fit, though need to wear them to loosen them a bit. they don't slip and stay in place well. Good for skating and nice to wear under jeans or trousers. can cushion normal falls though those with hard caps will be recommended for rougher extreme sports.

I'm a 5 foot 2 petite female who wears uk size 6 clothing so what size would you suggest would best fit me? I need them for street dance, and I have already ordered another different pair of knee pads this week from another company which I had to return due to sizing issues so I would really like to get it right this time!"
Pro Sport UK.Com replied: Rucanor do not publish measurements for these pads for your sizing I would suggest an XS or XXS, you are welcome to order both sizes and return one
