Alice P on 20 May 2012 asked "How long do I heat it for and how do I then mould it? At the moment I am finding the thickness under my foot very uncomfortable - but have been wearing it under my sock as shown in all the pictures. It is rubbing against my ankle bone causing bleeding - all in all not very comfortable so far!"

Pro Sport UK.Com replied: The inserts can be removed and heated in hot water then replaced and moulded to the ankle whilst still hot. You may also be able to provide additional heat by using a hairdryer directed at the insert.
