I recently hurt my ankle by over exercising & now after a little rest & two of these supports; I can carry on exercising with confidence. These are very comfortable to wear more so than other supports which have the heel cut out, the build up of the heat also helps a great deal when exercising with them on

Tim on 28 Mar 2012 asked "My leg just above the ankle measures 23.5cm - 24cm and my main reason for purchase is due to my repeated spraining of the ankle. Will small or medium be correct for me?"
