All Orders are free to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight when Free Saver Delivery is selected. Terms apply.

How long is delivery?

Deliveries made using the Free Saver delivery service will generally be with you within 7 working days, occasionally this can take a little longer so please allow up to 10 working days before contacting our Customer Service team. Standard Delivery is normally within five working days. Delivery of fitness equipment and games tables would normally be arranged with you for a time that is suitable. Delivery of products which require personalization can take up to 16 days.

Delivery to non EU countries may incur import customs duties and taxes. Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient. Prosportuk.com Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Due to international postal regulations any item over the length of 90cm cannot be sent on the under 2kilo delivery service.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do offer free delivery on all orders with our Free Saver delivery to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery when Super Saver delivery is selected.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Your order will be sent with the carrier DPD and all deliveries require a signature. We are aware that you are not always at home to receive your deliveries so we do offer the service of having your order delivered to an address where a signature can be obtained.

If you miss the delivery it will automatically be out for delivery the following day, or you can contact DPD or our customer service team to rearrange the delivery for a day that is better for you..

I have not received my order?

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the order tracking button at the top of this page, or you can contact our customer service team by telephone on 01603 405772 or by emailing customerservices@prosportuk.com.

I live in Halls/Barracks. Is this a problem?

No it's no problem. But while we're happy to deliver to army barracks and student Halls, or any other shared accommodation, we can't be held responsible for any problems with delivery to your address.

How do you send your orders?

What happens if I'm not in?

If you are out at the time of delivery, the courier should leave a card explaining where the parcel is being held and their contact details. If someone else is at the address they may sign for the parcel, as the courier is contracted to deliver the parcel to the address stated not the person. In the event that you haven't received your parcel or a card within the expected delivery time please time please contact a member of our Customer Service team.

Christmas Deliveries

How do I order on the site?

Once you've found a product you would like, click the 'Add To Basket' button on that product's page. Then, when you've finished shopping and you're ready to pay for your items, click 'View Basket'. You'll be taken to your basket where you can amend details if you wish, and then hit the 'Checkout' button.

This will begin the payment process. If' you've bought from us before or you've created an account, then you can log in and use the details you entered previously. If you haven't registered and don't wish to create an account, you can simply use our Express Checkout. You'll need the address to which the card you're paying with is registered, the address to which you want your order delivered, and your card details handy.

Is it safe and secure?

ProSportUK is totally safe and secure. We go to extraordinary lengths to make sure our website is as secure as possible. We don't keep any records of your credit/debit cards; payments are handled by PayPoints 128 bit SSL security. We also have the Master Card Secure Code and Verified by Visa programs in operation, and we are listed with Shop Safe and Safe Buy.

I’m having problems placing an order!

From time to time, even in the very best online checkouts you can encounter a problem that you can't seem to overcome. If you've encountered a problem that you can't seem to fix, then don't worry. We can still get your problem sorted and your order processed successfully. There are a couple of methods available to you if you're struggling with your order.

This option is the one we most highly recommend: call us. If you call us as soon as you encounter a problem then we can usually fix it immediately by taking the payment over the phone. The number is 01603 405772 and the lines are open between 9am and 5:30pm.

If it's outside of office hours, then drop us an email via the details on our 'Contact Us' page. If you leave your number, we'll give you a call and get your order processed as soon as possible.

What credit/debit cards to you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, if you're struggling to use a card then please give us a call on 01603 405772.

Can I order on the phone?

Not a problem. Call us on 01603 405772 between 9am and 5:30pm to place an order over the phone. You'll need the details of the products you're interested in and your card for payment.

Can I pay by cheque?

We are able to accept payment by cheque. When at the checkout stage please select payment by cheque and follow the on screen instructions. Please make the cheque payable to Pro Sport UK.Com Ltd and send it to our address at Pro Sport UK.Com Ltd, 7 Hurricane Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6EZ. Please include a copy of your order with the payment. The goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared in to our account.

Do You Accept Purchase Orders?

We do accept purchase orders from Schools, Colleges, councils etc. Please send an official purchase order to Pro Sport UK.Com Ltd, 7 Hurricane Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6EZ. Or fax the order on 01603 483933.

What if an item is out of stock?

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible when placing orders there may be occasions where the stock is unavailable. When we receive your order we will make sure that the goods are available before your credit card is charged. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know how long it will take to arrive and if there are any alternatives that may be suitable for you. We will charge your card in advance if a product is to be ordered specially or customised to your own specifications.

Can I pre order items?

Dates given for pre-order items on the website are expected delivery times to ProSportuk.com. Normal process and delivery times will apply from that date. In the case of these dates being put back we will endeavour to inform you by email or phone at the earliest possible opportunity. Payment will be required for pre order items and your card will be charged in advance as the stock is pre allocated to you.

What is your returns policy?

At Pro Sport UK.Com we endeavour to satisfy the order first time around. Occasionally though things do go awry with a faulty or mistaken product slipping through the net and you may feel it necessary to return a product. ProSportUK.com operates in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation.

A cancellation made to ProSportUK.com within the allotted 7 days will be subject to a full refund. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded payment.

All postage and packaging payments are non-refundable and any free-gifts included as part of a special offer must be returned alon

gside the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of those goods will be deducted from the refunded amount. Except in the case of defective, incomplete or incorrect products, any returns made will be done so at your own expense. You may arrange for us to collect the items from you, but again the costs incurred in doing so will be payable by you, usually through a deduction from the total refund amount.

My Products are unwanted.

We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. Goods will not be accepted back if the return is outside this timescale. Unwanted items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included for a full refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions have not been met.

My Products are damaged or faulty!

If a product is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We may request that you email us an image of the defective goods before returning the item. In some instances we may need to return the item to the manufacturer to verify that the goods are faulty and beyond repair. Please return all items thoroughly cleaned if used as we may refuse the return if we are unable to inspect the goods.

If the goods are deemed by us to be faulty, the cost of returning defective items will be covered by us. Upon receipt, the products are examined by us and then sent back to you if found to be not faulty. If the product is faulty, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible or if requested a refund will be issued

How do I return an item?

Please return an item via a Royal Mail recorded service so that you get a signature at our end. It is your responsibility to ensure that an item is received back to us safely and you will need to claim from the Royal Mail if the parcel goes missing. If the parcel is too large to be returned via Royal Mail we will be able to collect the parcel from you but there may be a charge made depending on whether the goods are faulty or just unwanted.

Unwanted Christmas presents?

Worried that you're not going to able to send stuff back after Christmas?

If you purchase something from our site for Christmas and the gift is unwanted or the wrong size and you wish to return the item, you must advise our customer service team before the 4th January and we must receive it back in our warehouse before Friday 13th January. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached* and in an unused condition.

This applies to orders purchased between the 7th of November and the 23rd of December.

Overview

ProSport was set up in 1986 as a stand alone specialist sports store based in Kent. It was started by Richard Sutton an ex-professional footballer with Norwich City and an England Youth International who's career was cut short by injury. Pro Sport UK.Com was established in Norwich in 2004 by Richard and Heather Sutton and fellow director Robert Barham-Brown.

Pro Sport UK.Com prides itself on supplying quality sports equipment, clothing and footwear to dedicated sports people allowing them to enjoy their sport to the maximum. We have looked after thousands of customers who take their sport seriously the world over, and we have achieved this by having a good knowledge of the equipment we supply and a team of staff who are customer focused.

No Quibble Returns Policy

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, less postage and packaging and providing the item is unopened and unused. Any free gifts or promotional items that came with your order will also have to be returned, but still, that's pretty good.
