There are 3 Programs including training modes quick start, and manual, HR min /max limits. Preset programs, HRC programs, Program adjustment, Fitness test / recovery HR. This is an absolutely excellent machine, smooth, noiseless and easy to move around. Just a slight draw back in that the instructions on how to assembly weren't very clear.
