| The York G570 Multi Gym is a versatile multigym with a bench that can be used in both a horizontal or vertical position, letting you perform the traditional bench press, or take advantage of the revolutionary new design of the 'free-movement' flye arms. The York G570 Multi Gym is made with a frame of heavy gauge 2" x 3" steel, high quality pulleys and cables and featuring well padded, stitched upholstery, this is a gym that's built to last. The 100kg cast iron weight stack should be enough of a match for even the strongest, and the full height high / low pulley completes the package of a multigym that's got it all. The York G570 Multi Gym features a 7 position 'free-movement' fly arms that simulate the range and motion of using dumbbells, with the safety of a multigym.
