Does it have to be fixed to a wall or floor to keep stability?if not how does it stay upright while in use. Is it ready to use straight away as in put it up then just hang a punch bag off of it? Your feed back would be much appreciated.thanx"

Pro Sport UK.Com replied: These are designed to be attached to the wall and provide a 2ft extension to hang the bag from. The fittings are suuplied to attach it to the wall. You would need to buy a swivel or other attachmeent separately to attach the bag to the bracket. I hope this helps.
